Water Tower Restoration

The original water tower was dismantled in 1978 and left to rust in a farmer's field. The Spruce Grove Agricultural Society decided the tower is of historical significance to the citizens of Spruce Grove. We have moved it to our Elevator Site but now need funds to restore it.
